His accomplishments include 1) supporting the development and implementation of a consumer focused marketing and sales organization at GE-Lighting to reverse revenue/price erosion and the thwart industry trends toward private label and generic products; 2) the commercial integration of Borg Warner Chemicals into GE-Plastics in 120 days thereby retaining critical commercial talent; 3) the divestiture and process re-engineering of Monarch Marking Systems from Pitney Bowes to Paxar creating an additional $100 million in market value; 4) the consolidation of eight of M.A. Hanna’s plastics compounding businesses achieving dramatic reductions in product development and product delivery cycles; and 4) the development and implementation of a full suite of support systems for the consolidation of five free standing IT work production firms that together formed PSINet Work production Solutions.
