Dr. Tim Elmore

In this session, we will discuss best practices leaders leverage to make decisions, to prepare for the future and to interface with teams in days that are VUCA: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. How do we change the narrative now that we’ve entered. 2021?
