Poole Huffman is a boutique law firm dedicated to representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation involving business disputes, contracts, real estate, employment issues, and other commercial matters.
 
Attorney John Calhoun “Cal” Harris, Jr., a Norcross resident, has over 30 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts in Georgia.
Cal’s His background also includes coordinating the product defense litigation for manufacturers in the United States and abroad. While abroad, Cal counseled and advised a leading vehicle manufacturer and its product analysis team in formulating and executing defense strategy, marshalling evidence, conducting discovery and preparing for and carrying out trial plans.

Cal’s significant trial experience includes cases involving transportation, construction, intentional torts and professional wrongdoing. He has handled cases in dozens of Georgia counties.
After decades of successfully defending corporations and individuals and representing Fortune 500 companies, Cal’s practice now includes representing seriously injured individuals and damaged businesses due to the wrongful conduct of others.
 
Bryan Henderson is a trial and appellate litigator with over a decade of experience specializing in long-term complex matters.

A former Federal and State Prosecutor, Bryan has represented the United States of America and the State of Georgia, directed multi-year international investigations, and led mixed Federal-State taskforces aimed at cartel and gang suppression. Before prosecution, Bryan served as a Public Defender, trying the most serious and evidence-intensive cases, from multi-defendant R.I.C.O. cases to murders and violent sex crimes.He has also litigated before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and argued appellate matters in the Georgia Supreme Court – resulting in portions of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism Prevention Act being held unconstitutional.
 
Dave Ferguson, a University of Georgia graduate who became a CPA in 1993, has worked on a variety of forensic accounting, fraud examination and complex business dispute engagements.
Also, during Dave’s his 30+ year career, Dave has been a Chief Financial Office of several companies after beginning his career in the Litigation Services unit of Arthur Andersen, LLP in Atlanta.

Dave Ferguson grew up in Gwinnett County and is a CPA with over 30 years of serving the middle market with experience in industries including e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, printing services, professional services, construction, and real estate. Dave has worked on various forensic accounting, fraud examination and complex business dispute engagements.  Areas of focus include:
