Event Description:

Generosity At Work
Keith Jennings, Vice President of Community Impact
Jackson Healthcare

As December approaches our focus turns naturally to generosity. After all, it’s the season of giving. The Make A Difference team of our Southwest Gwinnett Chamber engages throughout the year in a wide variety of endeavors to generously serve our communities. Perhaps you’ve been a part of one?
So as the season of giving arrives, we’ll be talking about how generosity is at work in our workplaces and world. Joining us from Jackson Healthcare is Keith Jennings, VP of Community Impact.

What exactly is generosity? Why is it valued by so many, yet practiced by so few? How does generosity impact our health and wellbeing? Are there correlations between generosity and our sense of purpose and meaning?
Keith will address these questions and take us on a journey into to the science of generosity. He’ll share impactful ways we can be more generous with our lives and work.
Jackson Healthcare® is a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies. With a mission to improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone it touches, it helps healthcare facilities across the country serve more than 10 million patients each year. Backed by over 2,600 associates and more than 20,000 clinician providers covering all 50 states, Jackson Healthcare is one of the largest U.S. healthcare staffing companies with more than $2 billion in annual revenue. In addition to being Great Place to Work certified, it is consistently named an employer of choice, having been nationally recognized as a best workplace in healthcare, a best workplace for women and a best workplace for millennials, as well as being named among the healthiest employers.
Keith serves as Jackson Healthcare’s vice president of community impact. In this role, he is responsible for the organization’s multi-faceted charitable outreach – from deepening external partnerships, to maximizing associate engagement in community service efforts. This includes advancing the company’s LoveLifts community impact platform, with a special focus on the organization’s two priorities: improving access to healthcare and the wellbeing of young people.
Join us for a special holiday breakfast and a deep dive into generosity in this season of giving. We hope you leave equipped and inspired to make a difference in the world!
