The Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) for Gwinnett County is up for renewal. The vote will be held this November 5th and will have an impact on quality of life in SouthWest Gwinnett County. The sales tax will be used for funding capital improvements for transportation, parks and recreation, public safety, libraries, senior facilities and city projects. This meeting will be an excellent opportunity to learn about the proposed allocation of funds and potential projects to be included if the SPLOST is passed.
