Joe Wargo
Broker, Owner Summerfield Mortgage

Joe was raised in Clairton, PA., a small steel town in Western Pennsylvania just south of Pittsburgh. He is a descendant of a long line of Iron & Steelworkers, to which he attributes his strong work ethic. 

With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Joe literally worked his way up from the bottom. He started his career as a Mail Clerk, then a Processor, Loan Officer, Wholesale Account Executive, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, District Manager, and regional Manager. In 2018, he opened his own mortgage brokerage and is now the Owner/Broker of Summerfield Mortgage, LLC. 

Joe believes in giving back to his community and helping those in need.  He has served on several industry and charitable boards and associations including Mortgage Bankers Association, Board of Realtors, Professional Resource Group, Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation and is the 2026 President Elect for the Rotary Club of Alpharetta. 




Ladson H. Haddow, CRE
Managing Partner, Haddow & Company

Ladson joined Haddow & Company in 2007. He has worked on consulting assignments spanning all types of commercial real estate and has assisted clients on both the disposition and acquisition side of transactions. Recent clients that he has worked closely with include colleges & universities, cities, downtown development authorities, and families. Ladson enjoys developing a strategy for a real estate asset and then implementing that strategy on behalf of his clients.

He is a licensed associate broker in Georgia, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and a member of the Counselors of Real Estate. Ladson also serves on the Board of Trustees at Piedmont University.
